Neil has considerable expertise in the local
Coastal West Sussex health economy as
well as wider clinical perspectives on
health service delivery in the South East
Coast area and nationally. His special areas
of interest are cost-effectiveness and
value; primary care and the primary care -
community interfaces as well as delivering
better, more user friendly ICT.
He currently sits on a national advisory
comittee for a major NHS organisation and
was recently involved with a bid to develop
musculoskeletal services in Coastal West
Sussex with a joint venture between IPC
and PHL as SICL.
